Return Policy

You can return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice.

We recommend shipping via a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost packages.

-Returns are at the buyer's expense.


Our products are edible, so once the package, or container is opened, the product is not returnable. We hope you understand.

- All our products have a well-labeled expiration date and are in perfect condition. They are carefully packaged so that they do not arrive open or broken: if something breaks, opens or is lost, the transport company is responsible and in this case we are responsible for filing a claim.

 

-Once you accept the package from the transport company, if it breaks in your hands, if you carelessly leave it open and it gets mouldy, or if it spoils due to your negligence, we are not responsible.

- The only way we approve returns is if the container is lost or broken on its way to your hands, and in this case you must prove to us with photos that it is the fault of the transport company.


- We does not refund money or send a new product, we only make a discount check for future purchases, but it is important that you prove you never received the order/the products arrived to you in bad conditions.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned.

We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf. 

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within 3 business days of the package’s original delivery.
